报告摘要:Free fermions are not correlated systems but are still a very nontrivial platform for the quantum entanglement perspective. In this talk, I will present how entanglement entropy scales when non-interacting (free) fermions of finite density hop on various lattices. Several remarkable results beyond the traditional Klich-Gioev-Widom scaling are identified, reflecting a rich landscape induced by the interplay of entanglement, locality, and fermionic statistics.
