报告摘要:The derivatives of the Berry curvature and intrinsic orbital magneticmoment in momentum space are relevant to various problems, including thenonlinear anomalous Hall effect and magnetotransport (electrical magnetochiralanisotropy).To investigate these properties using first-principles methods,we have developed aWannier interpolation scheme that evaluates the"covariant derivatives" of the non-Abelian Berry curvature and orbital magnetic moment matrices for a group of bandswithin a specific energy range of interest. The developed methodology is madeavailable via the open-source code WannierBerri, and we demonstrate the efficiencyof this method through first-principles calculations on many phenomena in variousreal materials.
刘晓雄博士,研究兴趣是基于DFT或者Wannier Function的数值模拟方法研究晶体在电磁场中的输运理论。2019-2023年在苏黎世大学物理系TIitus Neupert研究组攻读博士学位。目前在南方科技大学卢海舟教授研究组从事博士后研究。主要参与开发了高效Wannier差值代码WannierBerri程序包。
